About two dozen Rotarians and their two and four legged guests gathered for this month's 3rd Thursday social at The Summer Whitehouse, know to others as Proprietor's Lodge along Pontoosuc Lake in Pittsfield. Pictured nearby, you can almost hear the stories and laughter as the assembly enjoyed the beautiful evening. Only one or two more chances this year for us to gather outside on a 3rd Thursday before winter keeps us all inside. Speaking of which, if you look closely, you can see the roof of the car past president John Murphy left on the ice a bit too long during a fundraiser a couple years back. Lakeside Soirée
