Last week we heard from Mike King, a retired Army master sergeant who works as an accredited service officer through the Pittsfield office of Bilingual Veterans Outreach Centers of Massachusetts, Inc. Mike serves veterans and their families throughout Western Massachusetts with veteran-related issues, most notably negotiating the bureaucracy of the VA.
