President Murphy brings to our attention the recent passing of former Rotarian and "all around wonderful guy" Conrad Bernier. 
Mr. Bernier was just 75 years old when he passed on September 19th in a Boston area hospital. He had suffered for some years with an autonomic disfunction that caused decreasing blood pressure.
