Conditions were perfect for an outstanding evening lakeside at Proprietor’s Lodge for our August 3rd Thursday social. Regrettably, member turnout was light. Those attending enjoyed views of the lake, great weather, good food, and the fellowship of other members and spouses, but couldn’t escape the question of “Where is everyone?” Perhaps it’s time for a Club conversation about 3rd Thursday, because turnout at Camp Stevenson-Witawentin in June (an important Club president transition event), and Zinky’s in July were also disappointing.
