As last week was a fifth Thursday, there was no luncheon. That very fact denies us the rich content usually available for us to construct our humble publication. Fortunately, we had a man on the scene at last week's outdoor event. Roving reporter Ron Latham tells us, "Our 5th Thursday outing was outside under the tent at O'Laughlin's Beer Garden, where fifteen members and spouses braved the chilly evening to enjoy good wings and fellowship….. and beer." Prost! 

 

We anticipate there will be much to report as we meet in person this week, the fine masters will be anxious to get back to what they do best we are told. 

October Already: The Red Sox are still in it as we write this edition and our Patriots really looked good on Sunday night. One doink off the upright denied the boys a chance to beat the GOAT. Hard to believe fall is upon us, here's to wonderful autumn weather with three cheers to our local high school, college and pro teams. Let's Go!
