Rotary-To Beer-Fest

Rotarians got to celebrate a little Octoberfest at Antimony Brewing last Thursday as part of our Special Events 3rd Thursdays!

Various beers to select from and delicious food as well as some music played by various artists in the background!

The Rotary Club of Pittsfield has the order placed and awaiting for the arrival of the children's dictionaries for the 2023 Dictionary Program. No sign up dates have been set just yet but be on the lookout in future correspondence.

Final Day to Donate to Food Drive - News Story

Our annual food drive kicks off this month on October 28th and will run through November 18th. Please don't forget the dates you signed up to volunteer. We have filled all of the volunteer slots for the three Saturdays that we'll be at WalMart. If for some reason you signed up and can't make it, please find a substitute to take your place, so that we have four people each of the three Saturdays we're at WalMart.

Thank-you to everyone that signed up!

Fines collected next week will be targeted to the food drive.

Anise Hyssop Requests

Agastache 'Blue Fortune' | Walters Gardens, Inc.

Attached is a picture of anise hyssop that is 3-4 years old, it’s at least 4 feet tall and 2-3 feet wide. Showing you this because we can “split” the roots we planted last spring at Conte and share some to peoples’ personal gardens. This will only help native pollinators!

Let me know if you or any rotarians would like a small bunch of roots. We could arrange a dig and transplant day before frost in the next two weeks. Hope all is well!
