At last week's meeting held at Hotel on North, Club Foundation president Jeff Hassett presented YMCA president Jess Rumlow with a check for $5,000 in support of the Y's extensive renovations. Following the meal and presentation, Jess led members across the street to the Y for a tour of the renovated facility, which is nothing short of spectacular. Congratulations to Jess and her team for an outstanding job.
Last week president Alex started our meeting with a moment of silence for Tom Hamel's mom, Shirley Ann Hamel, who died on December 24 at home in Attleboro. Club condolences go out to Tom and Kathy Hamel.
Last week we were introduced to Katerina Livermore, a senior at PHS, and our guest for the month of January. Please help make Katerina feel welcomed at our meetings.
