This month's 3rd Thursday will be held at the Berkshire Museum. This will be a special catered event, so you need to let Prez Jim know if you plan to attend. The cost will be a modest $20 per person. This promises to be a great time with all of the new stuff there!!
This meetings guest speaker was Samantha Anderson from the Nonprofit Center of the Berkshires.
Samantha Anderson is the Executive Director of the Nonprofit Center of the Berkshires. She brings a distinguished background in mission-driven leadership, nonprofit management, philanthropy, and organizational strategy.
She has designed programs that respond to community needs, diversify revenue, and elevate organizational visibility — from nonprofits here in Berkshire County to global philanthropy initiatives.
She previously held leadership roles at Heading for Change, Arabella Advisors, and the Skoll World Forum. She also worked with the Yale School of Management and Goldman Sachs Foundation Partnership on Nonprofit Ventures.
She holds degrees from Tufts University and the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Samantha lives in West Stockbridge with her husband, Scott. Together they have six children spread out across the country, whom they love having home for holidays and gatherings
Last but certainly not least, Prez Jim is proposing another new member: Larry Port of WaySpark, LLC. He reside in Lenox and Boca. This is the second posting for Larry.
As a reminder, your Club dues are due! Emails went to all eligible club members with your invoice. Help Treasurer Jeff avoid panic attacks. Also, the club can now accept credit card payments for your dues if this makes the process easier. Approx 50% have been paid at this point.
