Champoux Receives Club Scholarship

Calie Champoux recently received the Pittsfield Rotary Club Scholardhip at the Ruth P. Boraski Celebration hosted by Girls Inc.
Don't Forget To RSVP
We're back to live meeting at Mazzeo's. Please RSVP your intent to Joan DiMartino (joan.dimartino@gd-ms.com) by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday so she may give Mazzeo's a head count.
Seeking Kagan Award Nominations
Each year, the Rotary Club of Pittsfield recognizes two individuals, a man and a woman who are not Rotarians, and who have made significant contributions to our community through volunteer activities.  Their activities have created lasting change in the lives of individuals and families, activities that have made this community a better place to live, work and raise a family.  The nominees are not necessarily high profile individuals, but persons who have provided service above self to others.  The 2021 award will be made on June 17. If you have a person you would like to nominate, or for additional information, please contact Kagan Award Committee Co-Chair Ed Forfa soonest.
Birthdays & Anniversaries
While there are no birthdays to celebrate this week, there are two Club anniversaries: Greg Knight (19 years a/o 5/9/02) and Joan DiMartino (17 years a/o 5/13/04).

Chase's Calendar This Week
This week we celebrate NATIONAL ETIQUETTE WEEK (annually, the work week starting with the second Monday in May), which has the intent to raise awareness of all people to act with courtesy, civility, kindness, respect and manners, as well as rally people to act with good manners in their everyday lives. In recognition of this celebration, Jeff Whitehouse has generously offered to coach any Club member with etiquette and protocol in all areas of American life.
